We adopt comprehensive system that can control manufacturing, distribution and maintenance to maintain the manufactured and sold equipment.

We implement entry management with individual certification cards and prohibit bringing individually-owned PC into work to accept our customer's requirements.
We build own security system under internal project, such as data management system, ID, password, fingerprint identification and so on.
From now on, we conduct our project to be certified as a global standard management system
Basic policy on Information security
Komatsu Electronics (hereafter we) all executive officers and employees have the awareness of information security, confirm their responsibility to use information for their job and develop the basic policy of information security and promote it as follows.
1. We built the information security management structure and take organizational and technical measures to ensure confidentially, integrity and availability of informational assets.
2. We comply with laws, regulations and customer requirement related to information security.
3. We regularly provide needed educational training to executive officers and employees about reorganization of information assets, importance of information security, use and management of information assets and related regulations.
4. We built the information security management system and improve its effectiveness continuously.
